Radiance By Alison - Treatment Terms and Conditions
General
Clients are required to provide contact information, including name, address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
Treatment cannot be provided to anyone under the age of 18. For safety reasons, children should not be brought into the clinic.
Clients are recommended to arrive at least five minutes before your appointment time.
Please do not attend for an appointment if you are feeling unwell or are undergoing acute dental treatment. If you are unsure please contact Radiance By Alison by telephone or email for advice. Many treatments are contra-indicated if you are unwell, ie treatment cannot be provided at that time. This includes active dental and sinus infections, fevers, colds, coldsores, and local skin infections.
Whilst Radiance By Alison Ltd provides high-quality treatments and service, as everyone is different and responds to treatments differently, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if results achieved do not meet your expectations.
Payments
All treatments and products provided by Radiance By Alison Ltd incur VAT, which is included in the price.
Payment must be paid using credit card or debit card.
Consultations are free when booked with a treatment or when advertised as being free, otherwise they incur a charge that must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Single treatments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please notify Radiance By Alison by telephone or email if you are unable to attend an appointment. If more than 48 hours notification is given then the full value of the deposit may be returned if a client does not wish to reschedule the treatment. If adequate notice is not provided then the deposit is non-refundable.
A course of treatments is paid in full at the time of purchase. The credit for those treatments are then added to the client’s account, and they may choose to book treatments for appointments to take place within 365 days using this credit when they desire in accordance with frequency and spacing instructions provided by Radiance by Alison ltd. When a treatment from a course is booked and you are unable to attend, then you must please notify Radiance By Alison by telephone or email. If more than 48 hours notification is given then the treatment credit will be returned to the course credit. If adequate notice is not provided then treatment credit is not returned.
If a course of treatments is paid for and you change your mind about the treatments you would like to receive, then Radiance By Alison Ltd will endeavour to change your course selection. Any differences in price will need to be paid for.
Skincare, skinade, LPG endermowear, and other product purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
Personal Data and Medical History
Clients must complete a copy of the Medical History Form before treatments are provided to ensure that you are suitable for the selected treatments, and to plan your treatments and schedule correctly.
Clients must inform Radiance By Alison Ltd of any changes to their medical history before a treatment is provided. It is recommended that clients do this as soon as possible so that the suitability of treatments can be assessed in advance, and be replanned and rescheduled if required.
All client personal data will be treated as confidential, and managed and retained in accordance with the Radiance By Alison Ltd Privacy Notice and applicable legislation.
